Albert Smith (80 years young) is well known in our parish. A former firefighter, retired butcher, yacht skipper, a current member of our church garden group and for 57 years a member of the church choir.
On his 80th birthday, his family purchased for him a voucher for a tandem parachute jump – provisionally scheduled to take place on Saturday 15th May 2021 (subject to weather/covid conditions).
It is Albert’s wish to use this event to raise money for church funds and The Royal National Lifeboat Institute. If you wish to support Albert in this endeavour you can donate online through the church website or by cheque or cash.
